Provide Sound, Lighting and staging to celebrate the Long Service of CooperVision’s Employees. It was important the evening was not too formal or too much of an awards show but still maintained a corporate image.
Ensuring hard work of the employees is recognised, every year the company hosts the Long Service Awards, honouring those who have worked hard for 5, 10, 15, 20 and incredibly 25 years.
Throughout the evening more than 500 years of service was celebrated an incredible feat for any company.
This year Moxhams wanted to go bigger and better than ever before. From the first pre-production meeting it was clear this year needed to stand out and needed to be the best Long Service Awards to date. With that in mind, Moxhams created a plan to utilise CooperVision’s vast branding portfolio to create a stunning backdrop to add character and identity to the event.
The city skyline backdrop was chosen, supported by Techna T3 the city skyline had over 90 meters / 500 fairy lights installed within the windows of the sky scrapers.
Working alongside Giant Leap, Moxhams were able to provide a live relay of the awardees and their award presentations, cameras, presentations as well as the opening videos were fed through our Roland V40HD and V1 vision Mixers and distributed via our Cat5 distribution amplifiers.
Utilising both Shure ULX and Yamaha systems, Moxhams were able to ensure the sound filled the room from the opening VT to the awards stings, the sound combined with Robe and Chauvet lighting controlled via the Avolights desk created an incredible ambiance.
Autocue Elegance provided Wave 105’s Steve Power with a running script ensuring the event ran as smooth as possible ensuring focus was on the employees of the company and giving them a night to truly remember.
A truly excellent event was delivered and enjoyed by all. Everybody worked as a team to ensure the best experience for all the guests.
